Carbon Fiber Z06 Engine Builder Plaque by C8RallyDriver
The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 engine builder plaque is a personalized plaque that identifies the builder of your Z06 engine at the Bowling Green, Kentucky Corvette Assembly Plant. Each Z06 engine is hand-built by a single craftsman at the Performance Build Center (PBC). The plaque is mounted between the plenums and is signed by the person who built the engine.
C8RallyDriver has improved on the design and the quality of the Corvette engine builder plaque. The GM factory plaque is made of plastic and hardly does the LT6 justice for how awesome the engine looks nestled into the C8 engine bay.
The CARBON FIBER VERSION of the C8RallyDriver Corvette Z06 Engine Builder Plaque is made of either 2x2 twill weave or forged carbon fiber. The 2x2 is a standard industry weave and matches all C8RallyDriver carbon fiber products as well as most manufacturers of high quality aftermarket carbon fiber products.

What's included? Two black stainless steel screws and two custom black titanium washers to improve on the factory galvanized screws and create a more custom finished appearance. For the ultimate in customization and appearance, select the option for Titanium fasteners available in multiple finishes to complete a truly custom look for your Z06.
This is a cost effective product for quickly upgrading the appearance of your Z06 LT6 flat-plane crank engine and dramatically improve the style of your C8 engine bay in about 10 minutes.
Installation: Remove the aluminum engine builder name plate carefully with a non-metal pry tool. The name plate is very soft aluminum and will separate from the double sided tape with a little bit of heat applied to the back of the GM factory plaque. Mounting screws are prepared with VibraTite VC-3 Threadlocker. This prevents vibration back out of the screws. The VC-3 application has a pink/red appearance and is not visible once the screws are installed. DO NOT remove this coating from the screws prior to installation. Install the rubber dampening washers on the back of the plaque and hand tighten the screws to complete the install.
Fitment: 2023+ Corvette Z06 Coupe and Hard Top Convertible LT6 Engines. Dimensions allow for factory fitment of the GM carbon fiber engine/plenum cover. No modifications are required for installation or use.
