C8 Corvette Latch Plate
The C8RallyDriver C8 Corvette Latch Plate for the 2020+ C8 Corvette Stingray, Z06 and ERay is machined from 6061 billet aluminum. The C8 Corvette Latch Plate was designed in-house by C8RallyDriver Designs to compliment the Corvette C8 styling. This professionally designed and engineered latch plate will add the extra style in your Corvette engine bay for car shows and other events. Throw away that cheap looking plastic latch mechanism cover and upgrade today!
The C8 Corvette Latch Plate matches the C8RallyDriver Designs Access Covers and C8RallyDriver Rear Hatch Support Brackets. This is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory plastic latch cover and will deliver a massive improvement in style and appearance. No modifications are required and installation takes about 30 minutes using the factory washers and supplied stainless steel fasteners.
Finish is hard anodized black, red or blue. If you want to add a flash of color or customize, you can select the optional factory paint color inserts, Edge Red inserts (to match brake and valve covers), or gloss carbon fiber inserts. The factory paint color inserts are machined billet components that are professionally finished in a gloss clear coat factory finish. The carbon fiber inserts are real carbon fiber CNC machined from 3K twill and the weave orientation is consistent and angled the same on every piece produced. This will ensure the weave is oriented to match the V-weave pattern of our Carbon Fiber Trunk Covers.
Included
Presentation box with custom Latch Plate and six stainless steel fasteners. Carbon fiber or factory painted inserts will come pre-installed on the Latch Plate if that option is selected.

This product will fit all 2020+ Corvette C8 Coupes and Hard Top Convertibles (HTC) - Stingray, Z51, Z06, ERay, ZR1.
Anodized Finish
While we use the highest quality dyes and anodizing processes, all anodized parts are susceptible to color fade from exposure to UV light, heat and cleaners. To maintain the vibrant color of your anodized parts as long as possible, minimize long term sunlight exposure with garage storage, car covers and coating the products with a UV inhibiting SiO2 and graphene ceramic spray coating after washing and on a regular detailing cycle. This will also help keep the product clean and avoid mineral deposits and water spots.
