If you are waiting on a product, please check the order and description of the product listing for production/delivery estimates - these are not guarantees, these are estimates - so please be respectful of our time and our staff when making inquiries.  Sometimes products go on backorder due to availability or production material delays and the product listing is not updated when your order is placed.  We will do our best to provide an estimate on delivery or a refund if you do not want to wait. 

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

If you are submitting custom artwork for custom vinyl, laser engraved or digital printed logos, please provide a vector image file.  If colors are critical, also provide Pantone/CMYK colors to ensure accuracy of printing.  Send us your logo and we can take a look at it. Basic artwork such as social media names and image preparation of customer-supplied artwork is included in the custom logo price. For customized artwork and design services that are more advanced, we will provide a quote.
