C8 Corvette Carbon Fiber Trunk Handle

The C8RallyDriver C8 Corvette Carbon Fiber Trunk Handle for the 2020+ C8 Corvette Stingray, Z06, ERay, Grand Sport and ZR1 coupe variants is pre-preg dry carbon fiber construction and finished in high gloss clear. This professionally designed and engineered trim piece is a one of a kind product that is a full replacement bolt-on for the factory plastic part. It will add extra style in your Corvette engine bay for car shows and other events.

No modifications are required and installation takes about 2 minutes. The handle weighs slightly less than the plastic part and comes with a black titanium fastener because titanium is lighter and faster than a steel screw. It also looks cooler.

Fitment

All 2020+ Corvette C8 Coupes - Stingray, Z51, Z06, ERay, Grand Sport and ZR1.  This product does not fit the HTC variant for any model year C8 Corvette.

Installation

Start by removing your car cover and then opening the rear trunk. Grab a beer or beverage of choice.  Admire your clean C8 Corvette and relax for 10 minutes while catching up on sports scores.  Better yet, go to C8RallyDriver on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and give us some love. When you get done screwing around, grab a T15 driver and remove the steel fastener from the trunk handle.  Save it.  You'll need this fastener later while trying to install carbon fiber aero parts. Remove the cheese plastic handle and toss that in the trash. This can also be used for taking up space in your garage if you decide to keep it.  Drink the rest of your beverage.  You could take a minute and wipe off the dirt around the handle opening in the trunk, but we know your car has never been driven in the rain and it gets a daily wipe down. Finally, change to a T25 driver to install your new carbon fiber handle.  You don't need to use your impact driver to do this - just hand tight will be fine. Bask in a job well done and tell your friends how your car will remain undriven and not even a valet is allowed to open the rear trunk without your personal supervision.
