C8 Corvette Billet Oil Dipstick Cover

The C8RallyDriver C8 Corvette Billet Oil Dipstick Cover for the 2020+ C8 Corvette fits the Stingray, Z06, ERay and ZR1. This professionally designed and engineered Billet Oil Dipstick Cover will add the extra style in your Corvette engine bay for car shows and other events. The same cover is also available as a GM Officially Licensed Product with the Corvette Flags engraved on the face of the cover HERE.

This is a direct bolt-on cover and will deliver a massive improvement in style and appearance. No modifications are required and installation takes about 2 minutes using the supplied stainless steel fastener.

Fitment

2020+ C8 Corvette Coupe and Hard Top Convertibles (HTC) - Stingray, Z51, Z06, ERay, ZR1. No modifications are required for installation or use. 

Anodized Finish

While we use the highest quality dyes and anodizing processes, all anodized parts are susceptible to color fade from exposure to UV light, heat and cleaners.  To maintain the vibrant color of your anodized parts as long as possible, minimize long term sunlight exposure with garage storage, car covers and coating the products with a UV inhibiting SiO2 and graphene ceramic spray coating after washing and on a regular detailing cycle.  This will also help keep the product clean and avoid mineral deposits and water spots.

Installation

The included mounting fastener is prepared with VibraTite VC-3 Threadlocker.  This prevents vibration back out of the supplied fastener.  The VC-3 application has a pink/red appearance and is not visible once the fastener is installed.  DO NOT REMOVE the VC-3 coating from the fastener prior to installation. Pull the oil dipstick out of the engine bay to install and avoid dropping the cover or fastener into the engine bay, noting orientation of the factory dipstick ring so that the engraved section of the oil dipstick cover faces the outside of the car for visibility.  Place the front and back halves of the billet oil dipstick cover over the factory plastic oil dipstick ring and hand tighten the fastener with a 2.5mm hex drive to complete installation.
